Run DMC Reunite For First Performance in 10 Years
Shout out to the legendary and ground breaking hip hop group Run DMC. The group is reuniting to perform during the Fun Fun Fun Fest 2012.
The Fest is scheduled to take place in Austin, Texas from November 2-4th. This is the first time in 10 years, that Reverend Run and Darryl “DMC” McDaniels, will perform together.
The unfortunate thing, is that the late great Jam Master Jay, is no longer with us to perform with his group.
However according to GlobalGrind, a portion of the proceeds will go to fund the JMJ Foundation for Music; which is an organization in Jam Master Jay’s name; dedicated to giving young people access to the arts.
