Judge Reinstates Katherine Jackson’s Guardianship
Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff, has granted Mrs. Katherine Jackson, permanent guardianship of Prince, Paris, and Blanket. In addition, her grandson T.J. Jackson, has also been granted co-guardianship.
The decision came after the Judge gave T.J. temporary custody, of Michael’s children following a media frenzy; that had the Jackson siblings in a very public dispute, against Michael Jackson’s estate executors.
It’s been reported that Janet, Randy, Jermaine, and Rebbie have been contesting Michael’s will, and want his executors removed.
In addition, many people in the news media, are speculating that the siblings are attempting to gain access to Michael’s estate.
The Jackson siblings, state that they are not in it for the money, instead they just want the right decisions to be made; with respect to their late brother Michael’s estate.
There is no word on when, and if the siblings will contest the will in court. We will keep you updated on any new developments.
Another court hearing, is scheduled for August 22nd, to determine whether or not T.J. Jackson will continue to be a co-guardian, for the children.
