Is Eating Egg Yolk As Bad As Smoking?
According to a recent study published by the Atherosclerosis journal, eating egg yolks on a regular basis, can be just as bad as smoking.
The study goes onto say, that the egg yolk builds up plague, more than two-thirds than smoking.
The study suggest that people suffering from cardiovascular disease, should reduce the amount of yolks they are eating.
In addition, the study also urges people who are healthy to limit the amount of cholesterol; which is found in the yolk, to decrease their chances of getting cardiovascular disease.
