We recently reported to you, that emcee/producer David Banner would be lecturing at Harvard University, to speak about hip hop, and the affects of the LA riots; which resulted in the 1992 Rodney King verdict, where the officers involved in beating Rodney King, were acquitted of all charges.

During the following clip, David Banner speaks about Black people and the justice system. David Banner says, that Black people know that if they commit a crime against anyone else, that they will be put in jail.

David Banner’s statement, is relevant to the recent case, involving George Zimmerman, the man who murdered, unarmed Black teenager Trayvon Martin, and is currently out on $150,000 bond.

Please take the time to watch and listen tot he what David Banner has to say. It’s extremely important that we continue to have open, and honest dialogue; surrounding the issues of race.
