Beyonce Appears On Anderson Cooper To Talk World Humanitarian Day (video)

Beyonce Appears On Anderson Cooper To Discuss World Humanitarian Day

This past Saturday, we posted the story about the legendary Harry Belafonte calling out Beyonce and Jay-Z.

According to several reports, Belafonte spoke about what he believed, was their lack of commitment to promoting the rich history of Black people, and not using their celebrity to advocate for the countless issues facing African people worldwide.

Now we’ll note that both Jay-Z and Beyonce, have dedicated their time and efforts to promoting causes, intended to help people.

Superstar Beyonce, has just teamed up with the United Nations, to record a song for World Humanitarian Day, which is August 19th. The song is titled “I Was Here.”

Beyonce appeared on CNN’s Anderson Cooper 360, along with U.N. Emergency Relief Coordinator Valerie Amos, to discuss what World Humanitarian Day is about.

During the interview, Beyonce encouraged everyone to commit to doing an act of kindness on World Humanitarian Day.

We agree Beyonce, we will all do our best, to do more to help others!
